Our store policy is divided into two sections

  • Return and refund
  • Shipping and delivery

1. RETURN AND REFUND

We hope you are happy with your order. However, returns are ONLY accepted for defective products (Manufacturing defects). Eligible items may be returned for store credit (valid for 14 days only), product replacement, exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

It’s simple! First, send an email (attach photos) to [email protected], our team will reply shortly. Then place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please understand that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label. We will deduct the cost from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS

We will process your refund after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s). Please allow at least ten (10) business days to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Please understand that we do not refund shipping fee.

However, we strongly recommend to contact us first at [email protected] before initiating returns.

Shipping and delivery is the charge for Item selection, packaging, transport and handling.

Most of our products come from China, Hongkong, USA and UK. Please bear with us as it may take 7-15 business days to arrive in the United State and 15 to 30 business days outside the United State. In some cases, your item(s) may arrive early. Do not worry, we have everything under control.
