How long will it take to get my package?

How do I place an order?

First, search for the product you wish to purchase, then click on “add to cart” and checkout. Proceed by filling your billing, shipping and payment details then submit.

What if I want to return my order?

Your welcome. However, returns are only accepted for defective products (Manufacturing defects). Please check out our store policy to see if you qualify and for further instruction.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our team works extremely hard to get all orders processed and shipped within 24 hours. That would be the only timeframe you can cancel or change your order! Email us ASAP at [email protected]

Why was my order cancelled?

One may receive a refund for any of the following reasons:

  • Some countries have legislative restrictions which mean we cannot ship to said country.
  • Warehouse issues may sometimes occur such as a shortage of stock.
  • The method of payment appeared as a high-risk order.

I placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation email?

A glitch in our system could have occurred or you may have entered an invalid email address. Send us a message at [email protected] and we will resend the confirmation email.

I placed an order but no shipping information is available. What’s going on?

Our team works extremely hard to fulfil every order as quickly as possible but occasionally there are delays and it may take 3-5 business days to process and dispatch your order.

After your package is shipped, it will be processed by the carrier, then they scan and enter the tracking information. There might be a delay between these scanning events and tracking availability in their system. Usually, it takes a few days for processing, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately.
